# Can I Sell My Estonian Company?

Yes, you can sell your Estonian company. You can contact the notary to finalize the process correctly.

You will have to **add the new owner or owners as board members and shareholders**, and then you can delete yourself. You can do it online or you can visit a notary in Estonia.

* If you want to do it **online**, the share capital must be, at least, €10.000, fully paid and registered. 
* You can also do it faster by **physically visiting the notary in Estonia**. In this case, there is no need to increase the share capital to €10.000.

Anyway, **contacting a notary will be needed with both options**. For the first option, you can contact the notary online, for the second one, you must go to the notary and meet him/her in person.

IMPORTANT: You should **notify the future owner/owners** about the contract with our company.
