# Can I Use the Same Bank or Payment Account for Multiple Companies?

No. **Each legal entity must have its own dedicated bank account and payment processor** (such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or similar).

Using a bank or payment account registered under a different company or a previously used company to receive income for a new business creates serious tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance risks.

Even if you personally own or control multiple companies, **each company is a separate legal entity** and must manage its financial activity through its own accounts. For this reason, **payment accounts cannot be reused between companies**, even if the ownership is the same.
