The process of incorporating a company in Bulgaria through Companio includes several coordinated steps:

1. **Company name and activity**: You will need to choose a unique company name and define your business scope. Please note that certain activities may require additional licenses or declarations.
2. **Documentation preparation and signing**: Key incorporation documents—such as the Articles of Association, director’s declaration, and Power of Attorney—must be signed digitally. A notarized specimen signature is usually required and can be arranged through a consulate or remote notary.
3. **Capital deposit account**: The minimum share capital (2 BGN) must be deposited into a Bulgarian bank account, usually managed via a local partner or approved EMI. Companio will coordinate the best option for you.
