# What Are the Technical Requirements to Use the Companio Dashboard?

To ensure the best experience and avoid technical issues, please make sure your device meets the following requirements before using the Companio all-in-one accounting dashboard.

### Supported Web Browsers 

The dashboard works best on **modern, updated browsers**.
* **Recommended:** Google Chrome
* **Also supported:** Microsoft Edge, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera

We strongly recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for optimal performance and security.


### Supported Operating Systems

Companio is compatible with the following operating systems:
* **macOS**
* **Linux**
* **Windows 10 or higher**


### Minimum Screen Resolution

For a smooth and responsive experience, your device should meet at least the following screen size:
* **Minimum:** 1280 × 720 (HD)
* **Recommended:** 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
* **Best experience:** 2560 × 1440 (2K)

Using smaller resolutions or mobile devices may affect visibility and usability of some dashboard sections.


### Supported File Formats for Document Uploads

The Companio dashboard accepts the following file types, depending on the section you are working in:
* **Documents:** PDF, DOCX, XML
* **Spreadsheets:** CSV, XLSX
* **Images:** PNG, JPG, JPEG

Make sure files are legible and meet the upload size limits indicated in each section:

* Always access the dashboard from a **stable internet connection**.
