# What Documents Does My Company Need for Amazon FBA Accounting?

To ensure accurate and compliant accounting for your Amazon FBA operations, your company must provide the following documents:

## 1. Amazon Purchase Invoices

You must **upload all purchase invoices from Amazon** to your all-in-one accounting dashboard. These invoices include the **fees and commissions charged by Amazon**, such as:
* Fulfillment and referral fees.
* Subscription or advertising charges.
* Other service-related expenses.
You can find these invoices in your **Amazon Seller Account → Tax Document Library**.

## 2. Sales Invoices (Handled Automatically)

With access to **Vendorati**, your **sales invoices will be managed automatically**. This means you don’t need to upload sales reports or individual invoices manually.

## 3. VAT Reports for Other EU Countries

If your company has **VAT registrations in other EU countries**, you must upload the **VAT reports or declarations** from those countries to your dashboard. These are typically provided by your local tax advisor or VAT service provider.

## 4. Annual Report Information

At the end of the financial year, we’ll ask you for an **estimate of the value of goods stored in Amazon warehouses** as of December 31. This helps ensure your annual accounts reflect the correct stock value.

## 5. Optional Documents

Your accountant may occasionally request additional files during monthly accounting if needed for clarification or compliance.
