With Companio, you can sign up in just three steps.
Choose the name of your company.
Make sure it is not already taken and that there is no European trademark with a similar name. We will also check if that name is available. If the name of any matching brand or company exists, you will be asked to provide another name.
Remember that your company's name is simply that, the commercial name. For your brand, you can use another name, even if the company's official name is different.
Add the company’s information.
Describe the activity of the company, add its email, phone number, and the share capital contribution. Please, don't forget to add board members and shareholders by clicking the "+ add member" button. This is an essential condition to be able to continue with the registration of your company.
You have to comply with this to continue:
There must be at least one shareholder.
At least one board member must appear.
You must add the sum of the shares of all shareholders. This must be equal to the total share capital of the company. If the numbers don’t match, you may need to delete a member and add it again. For example, you may need to add a board member, or the number of shares must be corrected.
We do not offer our services to politically exposed people.
If applicable, pay the registration fee.
Before payment, you will be directed to a screen to verify that all the information is correct.
