How Can I Change My Monthly Plan in Companio 2.0?
You can change your monthly plan directly from your all-in-one accounting dashboard.
Who Can Change the Plan?
Only representative users have access to manage the company’s subscription plan.
Where Can I Find This Option?
- Click on your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Depending on your current plan, you will see one or both options: Upgrade plan / Downgrade plan.
- Click the corresponding button to confirm your choice.
When Will the Change Take Effect?
The plan change will be applied automatically in your next billing cycle, and the new plan will be reflected in your next invoice.
Until then, your company will continue under its current plan and conditions.
Do I Need to Contact Support to Change my Plan?
No. You can manage your plan changes directly from the dashboard.
However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you’ll need to contact our customer support team through the chat in your dashboard.
