How Does the Cancellation Process Work at Companio?

At Companio, we strive to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Here's an overview of the steps and policies regarding the cancellation of services and subscriptions:

Notify Us

To initiate the cancellation process, provide notice of your intent to cancel our services. This notice should be submitted before the 25th of the month in which you wish to terminate the services.

Waiting Period

After you've submitted your cancellation notice, we observe a waiting period until the end of the accounting month, typically between the 25th and 30th. This period allows for accurate accounting of the previous month's financials and ensures the proper submission of all tax-related documentation, including TSD and VAT reports.

Make Final Payment

You are required to make the payment for the last month of service by the 25th of the month in which you communicated your desire to cancel.

Update Business Registry

Following your cancellation notice, it's important to promptly update your company's address and contact person in the e-Business Register. Please inform us of these changes.

Receive Final Accounting Reports

After you've completed the above steps and we've verified the changes in the Estonian Business Registry, Companio will provide you with the final accounting reports.

Please note that our refund policy is based on the terms agreed upon at the beginning of our services. We encourage you to review the contract for detailed information on refund eligibility and procedures.

Keep in mind that if you decide to cancel our services and have a credit balance on your account, this credit is non-refundable as it is not a payment made by you.
