How to Grant Companio Permission (PoA) for the Annual Report
To grant us permission (PoA) to prepare your annual report, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the eesti.ee Portal
Access eesti.ee, the official gateway to e-services and information provided by the Estonian government with your e-resident ID. If the portal is not in English, select the appropriate language on the top-right corner.
Switch to Business Mode
Click on the “Entrepreneur” tab at the middle-top of the screen.
Access the Self-Service Section
In the sidebar, go to “Self-Service”.
Ensure you are acting as the representative of your company, not as an individual.
Click on your name and select your company under “COMPANIES” as shown in the image below.
Access Authorisations:
Return to the “Self-Service” sidebar and select “Authorisations.”
In the “Representatives and authorized representatives of the legal person” tab, click on “Add authorisation.”
Enter Companio’s Details:
In the “Representative” section, enter CompanioEstonia OÜ’s registry code: 14522788.
Select CompanioEstonia OÜ from the list.
Choose the role: “Annual Reports portal: Right to enter and submit annual report.”
Ensure that the “Delegability” (Sub-delegation allowed) checkbox is marked.
Mark the “Indefinite” checkbox as well.
Click "Confirm"
Complete the Process: Save your changes and verify that Companio's name and code appear in the list. If so, you have successfully granted us permission to prepare your annual report!
After granting permission, the next step is to access Companio. Once logged in, navigate to the annual report section again. Look for the "Permission for the accountant" tab and mark that you have granted Power Of Attorney to Companio. Then you can continue with the remaining requisites for your Annual Report, and don't forget to mark the "All requisites fulfilled" button when done.
Now we can proceed with the preparation of your annual report.
