Can I Upload Multiple Invoices in a Single PDF?

Unfortunately, you can't, as we calculate your monthly fee in proportion to the number of invoices you've issued.

Keep in mind that if you upload a PDF with several invoices, it will cause problems. There are two possible scenarios:

If our accountants ignore the other invoices attached to the document, this can lead to errors in your accounting, incorrectly submitted reports to the authorities, and having to do the accounting again for the affected periods. Consequently, you will have to pay an extra charge, as we will have to do the accounting again.

In the best-case scenario, if our accountants detect this problem, they will need to separate the invoices before proceeding with your company's accounting. That involves a lot of extra work, and your responsibility as the client is to provide us with the documents to do our job correctly.

The first time we detect this situation, we will kindly let you know so that you can split the document into separate invoices. But, of course, you can always use tools like this one to separate the invoices easily.

If the problem persists, we will have to charge you for the time we spend separating and reviewing the invoices. The price is €99/hr (if it is less than an hour, we will calculate the rate proportionally).
