How to Grant Companio Permission (PoA) for the Annual Report

To prepare and submit your annual report, Companio needs authorization to access the Annual Reports portal on behalf of your company.

This authorization is called Power of Attorney (PoA) and is granted through the Estonian government portal eesti.ee.

The process usually takes only a few minutes.

Follow the steps below carefully to grant Companio the correct permission:

  1. Step 1: Log in to the eesti.ee portal

Go to https://www.eesti.ee and log in using your e-Resident ID.

If the portal is not displayed in English, you can change the language using the selector in the top-right corner of the page.

  1. Step 2: Switch to Business Mode

After logging in, locate the “Entrepreneur” tab at the top-middle of the screen.

Click this tab to access services related to your company.

  1. Step 3: Make Sure You Are Acting on Behalf of Your Company

  • In the left sidebar, click “Self-Service.”

Before continuing, check that you are acting as your company and not as a private individual.

To confirm this:

  • Click on your name.
  • Under “COMPANIES”, select your company.

Once selected, you will be acting as the company representative.

  1. Step 4: Open the Authorisations Section

In the Self-Service sidebar, click “Authorisations.”

Then go to the tab called:

“Representatives and authorized representatives of the legal person.”

Click “Add authorisation.”

  1. Step 5: Enter Companio’s Details

In the Representative section:

  • Enter the registry code: 14522788
  • Select CompanioEstonia OÜ from the list that appears.

Then choose the following role:

“Annual Reports portal: Right to enter and submit annual report.”

Make sure the following options are selected:

  • ✅ Delegability (Sub-delegation allowed)
  • ✅ Indefinite

Once everything is selected, click “Confirm.”

  1. Step 6: Verify the Permission Was Added

After saving the authorization, check that CompanioEstonia OÜ appears in the list of authorised representatives.

If you see our name and registry code in the list, the permission has been successfully granted.

  1. Step 7: Confirm the Permission in Companio

After granting the authorization in the government portal, you must confirm it in your Companio dashboard.

  • Log in to Companio 2.0
  • Navigate to the Annual Report section
  • Open the “Permission for the accountant” tab
  • Mark that you have granted Power of Attorney to Companio

You can then continue completing the remaining requirements for your annual report.

When everything is finished, don’t forget to click “All requisites fulfilled.”

  • Final Step

Once the authorization has been granted and confirmed in Companio, our team will be able to access the Annual Reports portal and prepare your annual report.

If you encounter any issues during the process, please send us screenshots of the step where you are stuck, and our team will help guide you through it.

✅ Tip: The eesti.ee interface may change. If something looks different from the instructions above, try to locate sections with similar names such as Self-Service, Authorizations, or Representatives.
