How to Remove Companio as Person of Contact and Legal Address in the e-Business Registry
If you are updating your company’s legal contact details, you may need to remove Companio as your company’s person of contact and legal address in the Estonian e-Business Registry.
This process is done directly through the e-Business Registry portal and requires submitting an application to update your company’s contact information.
Follow the steps below to complete the process successfully.
Step-by-Step Tutorial
1. Log in to the e-Business Registry
Go to the e-Business Registry portal and log in using your usual authentication method (e-Residency card, Smart-ID, or Mobile-ID).
2. Open your company profile
Once logged in, locate your company in the dashboard and click on your company name.
3. Access the company information settings
Navigate to: Main Information → Change the data → Accept

4. Go to the Contacts section
In the application form, locate the Contacts section.
5. Click on “Change”
Inside the Contacts section, click the Change button to edit the current contact information.

6. Update the contact details
Replace the existing details with the information provided by your new service provider.
Make sure to update:
- Legal address
- Means of communication: Use the new email address associated with your new provider.
7. Verify the new email address
After entering the new email address, the system will send a verification link.
Open your email inbox and confirm the new email address through the verification link before continuing.
8. Proceed to the confirmation stage
Do not change any other information in the application.
Then click: Confirmation of the application **or continue clicking **Next until you reach the Signature stage.
9. Sign the application
At the signature stage: Click Sign to digitally sign the application.
10. Submit the application
Click Next and submit the application to the e-Business Registry.
11. Confirm successful submission
After submission, you should see a confirmation message indicating that the application was successfully submitted.
The registry authorities will then process the change.
