What Do I Need to Do Each Month?

With your all-in-one accounting and compliance dashboard, you can manage your company's accounting online in one single place. Our goal is to save you time and focus on what you love to do.

To ensure your accounting is completed correctly and on time, we need your collaboration. Specifically:

1. Upload all invoices before the 5th of each month

You must upload all purchase and sales invoices from the current month by the 5th of the following month. For example, if it’s April, you need to have all your invoices from March uploaded before April 5.

Sales invoices can be easily created using our invoicing tool in just a few clicks. It’s fast, compliant, and fully integrated with your dashboard. You can find this tool in the left-hand menu of your dashboard, under the “Invoicing” section.

2. Keep your bank accounts connected

Make sure all your business bank accounts are connected and active in your dashboard. Reconnect any accounts that show as disconnected or expired, and connect any new accounts you may have opened. If you use a bank or platform that cannot be connected, upload the bank statements of each month manually before the 5th of the following month.

This routine allows our accountants to do the job efficiently and helps you stay 100% compliant, without surprises or delays.
