Can I use the same Stripe or payment account for multiple companies?

No. Each legal entity must have its own dedicated bank account and payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or similar).

Using a payment account registered under a different company or a previously used company to receive income for a new business creates serious tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance risks.

Even if you personally own or control multiple companies, each company is a separate legal entity and must manage its financial activity through its own accounts.

For this reason, payment accounts cannot be reused between companies, even if the ownership is the same.
