How Are Salaries Determined and Bonuses Handled at Companio Work?
Salaries at Companio Work are determined based on a monthly bonus system. Here's how it works:
At the beginning of each month, on day 1, you are given the opportunity to add bonuses for your employees. You have until the 4th of the month to decide whether you want to include a bonus in the employees' section.
Once the bonus decisions are finalized, we take these bonuses into account and add them to the invoices. This means that the bonuses are reflected in the total amount billed to you.
After the customers' payments are received, we proceed with paying out the bonuses to the employees. The company takes care of deducting and managing the corresponding taxes and other financial obligations related to the bonus payments.
