How to Connect Your Corporate Crypto Wallet to the Dashboard

Companio allows you to integrate cryptocurrency wallets directly into your dashboard so you can track digital assets alongside your other financial activity. This integration helps keep your accounting organized and ensures that crypto transactions are recorded correctly in your business finances.

Important: Only corporate crypto wallets should be connected to your Companio dashboard. Your business assets must always be clearly separated from personal funds, just like with a corporate bank account. This separation ensures proper accounting, transparency, and tax compliance.

The Companio dashboard is designed to centralize your financial activity—including bank accounts, invoices, and digital assets—in one place, allowing you to manage your business operations easily and securely.

Follow the steps below to link your corporate crypto wallet.

  1. 1. Go to the Financials → Banks section

Log in to your Companio dashboard.

In the left-side menu:

  • Click Financials
  • Select Banks

This is the section where you manage your connected financial accounts.

  1. Open the Crypto Wallets tab inside Banks

Select the Crypto Wallets tab. This is where crypto wallet connections are managed.

  1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to connect

Choose the cryptocurrency that corresponds to the wallet you want to add.

Important: Only supported cryptocurrencies can be connected. Make sure to choose one from the supported list. If you need a different cryptocurrency, please contact our support team.

  1. Click the "Connect new wallet" button to start the connection process.

  1. Enter your wallet details

After selecting the cryptocurrency, complete the required wallet information:

  • Wallet name – Use a clear name so you can easily identify it later
  • Wallet address – Enter the public address of your corporate wallet

Make sure the wallet belongs to your company, not to you personally.

  1. Save the connection

Review the information and confirm the setup to finish connecting the wallet.

Once saved, the wallet will appear in your dashboard as part of your company’s financial setup.

After You Connect It

Once your wallet is linked, it becomes part of your company’s financial records in the dashboard, helping keep your crypto activity organized together with the rest of your accounting.

Companio supports cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Solana (SOL), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).Keeping only corporate wallets connected is essential for maintaining accurate records and preserving a clear separation between business and personal assets.
