How to Upload My Invoices to Companio Monthly?

Uploading your sales and purchase invoices and keeping the monthly accounting up to date is very easy.


These are the steps to follow:

  1. Whether you want to upload your sales or purchase invoices, go to the left section and choose the respective tab.
  2. If you want to upload sales invoices, select “Add Invoice” and choose your files, or drag and drop them into the designated area. You can select whether to upload them for the current or previous month. You can also see the date, status, and whether each invoice has been linked to a bank statement.
  3. If you want to upload purchase invoices, click the “Add Invoice” button and either select them from your device or drag and drop your files. You can also choose the upload and invoice dates or view the category. As with sales invoices, you can select whether to upload them for the current or previous month.


Remember, accounting is done monthly. That means we need access to all your invoices and bank movements for the previous month before the 5th of the following month. So if it's March, we need you to upload all your sales and purchase invoices before April 5th.
