What should I do if I have made a loan or received a loan?



Refund the Money Immediately: If you have made a loan or transferred funds between your personal and business accounts, the first step is to refund the money back to the exact same account of the owner who made the loan to the business. Use the concept "Refund for transfer on day DD.MM.YYYY" for the transaction. Similarly, any loan from/to another party must be refunded as soon as possible to the exact same account for the exact same amount.

Contact Us Immediately: After refunding the money, reach out to our Customer Support team to inform them of the action taken. Our policies, as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy and contractual agreements, do not support such activities.

Respond Promptly: If you receive a request from us regarding this matter, please respond in writing within two days. Timely communication helps us resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.

Provide Necessary Documents: If required, please provide any relevant documents to help us understand and rectify the situation.
