How to Retry a Failed Payment on Companio?
If a payment fails and you want to ensure it goes through correctly, follow these steps:
Remove the current payment method.
Go to the "Billing" section and check for any issues with your current payment method. If it has failed or is causing problems, remove it before proceeding.
To do this, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the card and select "Delete." Confirm that you want to delete it to continue.
Add the new payment method.
Next, click "Add New Payment Method" and follow these steps. If you want to make the payment with a card, you always have the option to create a virtual card.
Go to the transaction history.
Once you've added your new payment method, go to the transaction history section. You'll see that the last monthly fee is marked as "denied." Then, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the transaction and select "Retry Payment."
Check that the payment status has changed to "accepted."
The payment status will change to "accepted," indicating the payment has been successfully processed. And that's it! It's as easy and quick as that.
