Can I get a phone contract for my business?

Yes, indeed, Telia allows you to get an Estonian phone number for your business and pay it with your corporate bank card or account.

You just need to sign up with your e-resident ID. Once you do, select your company name (not your personal name) and you will access a site where you can get a 4G SIM card contract.

Unfortunately, the dashboard of Telia is in Estonian and Russian only, so you will need the help of Google Translate. If you still cannot understand anything, it's better to contact them directly through the chat icon on the site (circle button at the bottom right).

It’s important to know that you’ll only be able to deduct your phone bills as a business expense if it's a Estonian number opened for your business. Your personal phone number cannot be deducted as a business expense.
