How to Update the Person of Contact of Your Company?
To update the contact person of your company, you need to follow these 7 steps.
As a prerequisite, you will require a digitally signed consent document (.asice file) from us. If you are our customer, simply contact our customer service to obtain this document free of charge.

Begin by logging into the e-Business Register, and search and select your company's number by clicking on the company name.
From the top menu, click on the "My Dashboard" section and click on the "Change the Data" button.
In the Contacts section, click on "Change" to proceed.
Type in the address provided: "Lõõtsa 5". The complete address is “Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa 5”. It is crucial to enter this address exactly as shown to display the correct options. Choose the one in the upper right corner, as the photo indicates.
Mark the pin in the top right corner of the map to make it turn green, just like in the photo.
Also, provide your email and contact number for communication purposes. Don't forget to click on the "Save" button.
Scroll down to the "Persons" section and click on "Add a person in another role" under "Other roles."
Select "Contact person" and "Legal person" from the options.
Enter the company name "CompanioEstonia OÜ."
Write the Registry code 14522788. The country of the registry code should be Estonia.
Include the email address [email protected].
Set the "terms of office" to one year from the current date.
Copy and paste this address "Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa 5" to display the pin options on the right side of the screen.
Mark the pin in the top-right corner of the map to turn it green.
Provide the postal code value 11415.
Once all mandatory fields are filled, click on "Save."
Contact us to obtain the document that needs to be uploaded.
Once you have obtained it, proceed to the "Documents" section and upload the provided document with the signature.

Choose "Consent of Contact person" as the document type.
Go to the "Confirmation of the Application" menu and click on the "Sign" button.
Follow the instructions and enter pin number 2 to complete the signature.
Confirm the signing process.
If the address change is within the same city in Estonia, no state fee is required.
Select the option “No state fee must be paid for the ad” and confirm by checking “I have read the section”.
Click “There is no state fee to be paid.”
However, if the change is to a different city, the fee must be paid.
It's important to note that the final decision on whether this type of transaction requires payment of a state fee lies with the Estonian Registry. We are not responsible for the decision made by the Estonian Registry as we have no control over this decision.
Finally, click on "Submit the Application" to finalize the process.

If the address change is within the same city in Estonia, no state fee is required.
