How Long Does It Take to Switch to Companio?
Once we have all the required documents and the previous provider has been informed, making the change usually takes 3-5 business days.
When Is the Best Time to Switch to Companio?
Any time is ok, but ideally at the beginning of the month.
Will You Cancel the Accounting Permissions or Bank Access of My Previous Provider?
Since you are the one that granted permission, we cannot cancel it. You have to contact your provider and ask them to do it.
How Do I Get the Proof of Legal Address and Contact Person Service From You?

Who Submits the Reports for the Current Month?
We will take care of your company's accounting right after you switch to us starting at the beginning of the next month. You should ask your previous provider to take care of the previous month. Example: you switch the 18th of March. We will prepare and submit your accounting for March starting on the 1st of April, but your provider must take care of the accounting up until (and including) February.
